Big or Small Earrings for Guys?

Hello,
I recently got my ears pierced and i have 2 sets of earrings.
a smaller gold stud with a diamond in the center.
and a larger silver square with 9 diamonds (placed in rows and columns of 3)
Both my ears are pierced and i was trying to get advice from people other than my friends (getting mixed answers)

Asian Male
long hair
Bangs that go 1inch below my eyes
skinny

i say big you know the rod thing thats shaped like an upside down U with 2 screw on balls at the ends
