Anybody see this Vampire movie?

I saw this about 10 years ago on cable – maybe Cinemax or HBO. I can’t remember much of the plot, but it was a film set in the present day. A woman with red hair was a member of a prestigious family and was wanted by a family of vampires. She falls in love with one of them, and their relationship is supposed to be a big deal. Theres some urgency of turning her, and she’s a subject of interest by the cops or FBI – they want to protect her as well as use her to get information on the vampire family/organization. I think there’s a silver bracelet or some sort of jewelry that was important to some part of the story.

Pretty vague, sorry about that.

I just remember one love scene that was pretty hot. And I cannot seem to find this film. Anyone know what it is?

It could be Embrace of the Vampire, but I’m not sure it had a red head, but it did have Allysa Milano and some pretty hot love scenes as far as I remember. Couldn’t think of or find anything else that was all that close really. Good luck if I’m wrong. =)
