Can diamonds purchased from china be real?

I am on aliexpress looking at a ruby and diamond ring but the price seems too good to be true, in the hundreds, but I am not 100% sure if the gemstones are genuine. They say they are but what you do you think? should i trust them?

the companies just make them that way for a profit
