Help boosting up this outfit and make it better…?

Real challenge for you stylists.

I am trying to get an outfit ready for friday.
I’m gonna wear this dress:

It absolutely must be this dress. No compromising.

I don’t want just boring black and white. I was thinking of adding a cinch belt and OF COURSE heels.

If it helps, I am on a budget so nothing to outrageous. I think I’m a pear shape, size 10 dress.

PLUS: I was thinking of adding a little sweater cause I have stretch marks on my arms.

Necklaces and bracelets and heels, whole nine.

That dress is delicious! Accessories are the way to go for that perfect outfit. I would either do a sweater, or the belt, not both because it would be too bulky. Well… I guess it really depends on the size of the belt. And heels are a must! Nothing is more sexy than a lady in heels.
