I want to create a costume jewelry line kind of like forever 21 or H&M?

I want to make inexpensive jewelry but good quality where do I start what are the best inexpensive metals and plastics and materials how do I get molds made please help?
I want to design the jewelry myself I don’t want to buy charms from craft stores and other materials I want to design rings bracelets etc.

that’s a big dream girlfriend! i would love to do the same thing…problem is, anybody in asia can do it for a fraction of what you or i could do. i know a woman that designs for one of the big clothing lines. she can draw a piece of jewelry she wants, fax it to china and have a piece made up in a matter of hours/days and in her hot little hands to see if she likes it and/or what changes she wants made before mass producing ensues.
you are barking right up my tree, been dying to do this for so long, how long you ask? i don’t know how long !!!! apparently it takes plenty of money to make even the inexpensive things.
i know, i make pieces now and it is a very expensive “hobby” !!!!!!!!!!!!!
