Looking for a really unique band for an engagement ring…?

My brother wants to propose to his girlfriend really soon and he has been looking everywhere for the perfect ring. She wants a solitare diamond with a really unique band. Possibly something that looks vintage or very contemporary…just none of the single bands that everyone has. Does anyone know of a good place to find a ring like this?

Or, as someone else said, have your brother deisgn a band or have someone else design one that meets his criteria. Any good jeweler will be able to make him exactly what he wants to fit his budget!
